About / Thoughts

This is the most personal release I have made. It is about the difficult relationship I had with my father, the short period in which he was ill, his passing on February 24, 2025, and what that period did to me.

I started working on it around January 2025, mainly as a way to process everything. At first I did not plan to release it because it felt too personal, but by October 2025 I decided it should still exist as a release.

Compared to most of my discography, it is more developed and less centered on noise, with clearer structures while still keeping an experimental edge. It still avoids standard pop repetition: many tracks are built from distinct sections that keep evolving instead of looping the same part.

I also play much more guitar on this album than on most other releases. This section will be expanded further later.
