Nuke In Transit

This project started in 2023 as an experimental hip-hop album with a friend: vocals from him, instrumentals from me. That direction eventually stopped, and I continued alone.

Once I knew it would remain instrumental, I rebuilt the project into one of my most detailed IDM-oriented releases. Even with a short runtime, I spent months on it, and the focus is constant movement, groove, and dense detail rather than fixed song forms.

The sound is different from most of my discography, but it remains one of my personal favorites because of its energy and complexity. Some material was previously heard in early form on Teen braindead after taking LSD!.., Vol 1.

Seventeen/Thirtyone was originally part of this project but was split off because of its distinct microtonal character. This release is also only part of the full original project; remaining tracks are planned for a later follow-up, likely Nuke On Impact.
